Will (out of stock item) be available again?

Check the item listing - any information regarding its availability or restock schedule will be listed there.

I'm having trouble getting payment to go through!

Some folks have reported weirdness when trying to pay for an order with a Visa card. I'm not sure what's causing cards to be rejected - I suggest using Paypal if you can!

What is your refund policy?

Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled for a full refund. 

Has my order been shipped?

You'll receive a notification via email when your order has been prepared for shipping. I do my best to ship things in a timely fashion, but I'm a one-person operation and work full time - so I appreciate your patience. 

My order arrived damaged/was lost in the mail/is missing an item!
